Trailer Projects

Over the next couple of months I plan to round a few things up for the trailer.

High priority
1) Spare wheel/tire
2) Extension ramps (I might make these w/aluminum we have)
3) E-track for overhead tire storage and tie down at front wall
4) Fuel jug holders (I'll make them with sheet metal brake and weld)

Low priority
5) Recessed lights for side of trailer
6) Pit Bike holder (once again, I'll fab these up)

I'll handle all of it since don't have a truck payment anymore. Feel free to add other things.

*edit* that thing SERIOUSLY needs a tire on one side!

We'll probably get at least 2 spares one of which can be a replacement. If you get a chance, get the size and rating off the tire. Might be a good time to go through brady's tire connection.

I got the Aluminum tread from Trident
$148.00 for 4X16' sheet X .063 thick
$10.00 to shear in 1/3rds
free delivery

It is thin enough to conform to the floor and I used #10 X 1" phillips head screws every 2 feet to hold it down, drilled pilot holes through the plate first.
I got a 8' X 16' sheet, had them cut it in half and then in 1/3rds. I had to cut about a foot off 2 pieces for the tail gate and I used a saber saw to do that.
Call them and ask them about delivery.
